Shipping and Return

SHIPPING:

We ship by Standard Canada Post service or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package.

You pay is what we pay.

Usually each order is shipped on the second business day after we receive the order.

International Shipping: we use Canada Post. It is very efficient in shipping overseas!

The shipping cost will be calculated when we receive your order, and refund will be issued right away for the difference between automatically quoted shipping`and actual shipping charge.

RETURNS:

We will accept returns for exchange or refund. Items should be unused, in original packaging.

Returns should be made withing 20 days after receiving your order.

Please contact us before returning an item. So we can issue a return ticket.

Full refund for the price of merchandise (except shipping charges) will be issued upon receiving by us.

All sales on custom orders and sale items (including coupon discounts) are final.

Shipping is not refundable.

Customers accept responsibility for paying any custom duties required by their country.
