As most poodleit items are made to order, please allow some extra time to posted shipping speed estimates. Europe: expect your order to arrive in 1 to 6 business days after your order is ready. Outside of Europe: 3 - 10 business days delivery time after your order is ready.

We will accept returns on "regular stock" merchandise for exchange or refund. All returned items must be in new, clean, resalable condition, with all tags attached and in in the original packaging. Return claim should be made within 15 days after receiving your order. All sales on custom orders and sale items (including coupon discounts) are final. Please contact us before returning an item to obtain a return authorization. Shipping charge is not refundable.
